Panko is made by a small studio, so the person reading your email is the person who fixes the bug. Most answers are below. If yours is not, write to us.

For a bug, send your phone model, your Android or iOS version, and what you were doing when it went wrong. That is usually enough to find it. We answer within a couple of days.

Common questions

Does Panko offer a free trial?

Panko is a subscription app with monthly and yearly plans. Both plans can include a 7-day trial for eligible new subscribers. The app shows your local price, eligibility and exact offer before you subscribe.

The app says I have used up today’s AI. What now?

Your subscription includes daily AI allowances so one runaway session cannot burn the budget. They reset at midnight in your own time zone. You can keep logging and training manually while your subscription is active.

Where are my progress photos?

On your phone, in the private storage of the app. They are never uploaded, which also means uninstalling deletes them. Moving to a new phone? Switch progress photos to your device gallery first, in Settings, so they travel with your normal photo backup.

How do I delete my account?

Settings, then Delete account, inside the app. It removes your profile, workouts, sessions, meals, weigh-ins, saved meals and cached coach notes, then deletes the sign-in itself. It cannot be undone.

Can I fix a workout I logged wrong?

Yes. You can correct the sets, the duration and the date of a session after the fact, and edit or delete a meal you already logged. Panko recomputes the charts and the totals for that day from the corrected version.

Do I need an internet connection?

You need one to sign in and to sync, and the AI features need one too, since the coach runs in the cloud. Screens you loaded recently keep working offline and catch up when you are back.

Is Panko available on iPhone?

Yes. Panko is available on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android. You can find both links on this site.

Deleting your account and data

Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account. You confirm who you are, then Panko purges your profile, workouts, sessions, meals, weigh-ins, saved meals and cached coach notes, and removes the sign-in itself. Progress photos live on your phone only, so uninstalling takes them with it.

Cannot get into the app? Email support@pankobyte.com from the address on your account and we will do it for you.

The full detail, including what survives deletion and what to do about your subscription, is on the delete your account page.

Managing your subscription

Panko is billed by Google Play or the App Store, so cancelling and refunds happen there: Play Store, then Subscriptions, or Settings, then Apple ID, then Subscriptions on iOS. Cancelling leaves your subscription active until the end of the paid term. Your account data remains, but app features require an active subscription.
