That sits in the healthy band.

Calorie calculatorQuestions
How is BMI calculated?
Weight in kilograms divided by height in metres squared. An 80 kg athlete at 1.80 m works out at 80 ÷ (1.80 × 1.80) = 24.7. Imperial entries are converted to metric first, which is the same thing as the 703 × lb ÷ inch² shortcut.
What are the categories?
The WHO bands: under 18.5 is underweight, 18.5 to 24.9 is healthy, 25 to 29.9 is overweight and 30 or over is obese.
Is BMI accurate for lifters?
Not on its own. BMI knows your weight and your height and nothing else, so it cannot tell muscle from fat, and a heavily trained athlete often reads "overweight" while carrying very little fat. Read it next to your waist measurement, your progress photos and how your lifts are moving, not instead of them.
What weight would put me in the healthy band?
The tool works it back for you: a BMI of 18.5 and one of 24.9 at your height, which is the weight range the healthy band covers for someone your size.
